Western Australia from the Space Station

In this June 2021 image, our Sun’s glint beams off the Indian Ocean as the International Space Station orbited about 270 miles above the Earth near western Australia.

The station orbits the Earth about every 90 minutes at a speed of more than 17,000 miles per hour.
